Dawes Arboretum is a 1700 acre park on Rt. 13 in Jacksontown, Ohio, about 30 miles east of Columbus. The following photos were taken on a short walk and don't represent all that there is to see. . . .

The 4th of July was rainy, muggy and noisy but yesterday was perfectly pleasant, peaceful and quiet at Dawes Lake.
